(1) If any member of the board has personal interest or interest in relation to any agenda submitted for decision in the meeting of the board, he should not participate in the decision process related to such agenda.
(2) If the situation as per sub-section (1) occurs, the concerned member shall inform the board through the member-secretary.
(3) If a decision is found to be contrary to sub-section (1), such decision shall automatically be void.
